3.3 nordicgolftrends.com is not liable for any loss or damage of products from the date the products are delivered.
4. PAYMENT
4.1 We will take the full payment from your credit card when we receive you order after we have checked your card details and stock availability. In the event we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have paid for the goods.
4.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. Whilst we make every effort to ensure all prices on our website are correct, errors may occur. If an error has been made, you will be asked to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will regard the order as being cancelled. In case you cancel the order and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
